After talking to one of the representatives of HMS I could understand that these people are master of designing. We engaged them for customised designing of our G+2 floor house at Patia, Bhubaneswar. We're two brothers staying with our parents in the building designed by the efficient team of HMS. In the plot area of 3500sft, on the ground floor there's a small lawn, 2 car parking, 1 verandah, living and dining space, kitchen with wash area, 2 toilets, 1small puja room which is meant for our parents and their caretaker. 1st n 2nd floor is well designed 3bhk unit for we two brothers and our family. We never imagined for such a beautiful house designed by HMS people at an unbelievable design fee of just Rs 8999.

I opted for "Ready Design " option of G+2 floors for my plot area almost similar to their plot size which was 20'x45' west facing. Each floor is well ventilated and naturally well-lit. Pre-designed plans for G+2 building at just Rs 1999 is highly recommended for people who want to construct their house with proper planning at such an affordable design cost.
